Nestled on the volcanic slopes of the Lessini Mountains, spanning the provinces of Vicenza and Verona, this Durello wine embodies a historical legacy dating back to Medieval times. With an alcohol content of 12% and 6 g/l residual sugar, it stands out as an exceptional aperitif.

Its perfect marriage with local Veneto delights, such as Asiago and Monte Veronese cheeses, sopressa (salami), and even Tex-Mex cuisine, makes it a versatile choice. Packaged in a 750 ml bottle, this 100% Durella wine is harvested in the second half of September from vines averaging 30 years, trained using the Veronese pergoletta system.

The volcanic soil, renowned as one of the finest on earth, imparts unique characteristics to the wine. Crafted off skins in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 18°C max/64.4°F, the wine undergoes a foaming process for 10-15 days, followed by 3 months of fining in autoclave. The result is a bright straw yellow wine with greenish reflections, best served at 4-6°C/42.8-46.4°F.
