This Pinot Grigio from the Colli Berici Hills, located in the province of Vicenza, Veneto, boasts a rich history of over 50 years of cultivation. With an alcohol content of 13% Vol. and residual sugar at 4 g/l, it presents itself as a light straw yellow wine with a fragrant bouquet, emanating hints of almond tree flowers and golden apple.

The taste profile is characterized by a crisp and mineral flavor, complemented by a well-balanced citrus aftertaste. Medium-bodied, it exhibits a well-developed backbone and texture. The total acidity is measured at 6 g/l.

Ideal serving temperature ranges from 10-12°C. The wine pairs exceptionally well with cold cuts, fish appetizers, vegetable soups, Italian-style creamed risottos, and seafood. It also complements egg and asparagus dishes, making it a perfect match for "Baccalà alla Vicentina" (Vicenza style codfish).
