Originating from the Prosecco DOC area in Veneto, this sparkling wine is a delightful blend of Glera (90%) and Pinot Nero (10%), with an alcohol content of 11.5% and 8 g/l residual sugar.
With a total acidity of 5.9 g/l, it is not only perfect as an aperitif but also complements the entire meal, particularly seafood dishes. Packaged in a 750 ml bottle, the grapes are harvested in mid-August to early September from vines with an average age of 10 years, trained using the Guyot system.
Grown in a mix of limestone and clay soil, the winemaking process involves treating Glera in white and Pinot Nero in red with a brief skin maceration. The foaming process lasts three months under pressure in a tank, utilizing the Charmat method.
The resulting wine boasts a soft powder pink color and is best served at a temperature between 4-6°C/42.8-46.4°F, offering a refreshing and elegant experience for any occasion.
