Originating from the prestigious Prosecco DOC area in Veneto, this sparkling wine is a celebration of the region's finest terroir. With an alcohol content of 11.5% Vol. and a residual sugar of 8 g/l, it boasts a perfect balance of flavors. The total acidity, measuring at 5.9 g/l, adds a refreshing zing to each sip.

Crafted primarily for moments of indulgence, this sparkling wine is a versatile companion. Whether savored as an aperitif or paired with an entire meal, it shines especially bright alongside seafood dishes. Encased in a 750 ml bottle, the varietal composition includes Glera (90%) and Pinot Nero (10%), creating a delightful symphony of flavors.

The grapes, harvested in the mid of August to the beginning of September, are cultivated using the Guyot training system in soils rich in a mix of limestone and clay. The winemaking process involves Glera in white and Pinot Nero in red, with a brief skin maceration, resulting in a soft powder pink color.
