Olfactory phase: Red fruits, pomegranate, in the background you can see very subtle meaty notes delivered by the year it was in 9-year-old barrels. Taste phase: Fresh, juicy, light palate, with soft tannins that deliver a pleasant and fresh finish.

With a sweet entry, it is a powerful, velvety wine, where a rich natural acidity balanced with ripe tannins stands out. Its finish is long and persistent.

Ideal to accompany everything from red meats to cured cheeses, perfect with poultry stews and game meat.
